Terms and Conditions 1. Arsenal FC and Infomedia Services Limited are the promoters. 2. The closing date for the competition is Midnight 30th November 2008 (BST) 3. The first person (meeting the criteria set out in points 4 & 11) drawn at random after the closing date will be judged the winner. 4. The competition is open only to residents of the UK aged above 16 years. 5. The judge’s decision is final. 6. No correspondence will be entered into in connection with the competition (including the result) 8. The winner will be notified via the mobile number to which they purchased the AFC product. 9. The prize is for a signed Arsenal Home shirt signed by the majority of the 1st team squad. 10. There is no alternative to the prize. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available 11. Entry into the competition is by buying any product from the UK AFC Mobilezone. http://www.arsenal.com/arsenal-mobile or http://wap.arsenal.com between midnight on the 25th September 2008 and the closing date (inclusive). 12. Multiple entry is allowed. Each purchase from mobilezone within the qualifying period will equal one competition entry. 13. No third party entries will be accepted. 14. No purchase is necessary. To enter by post, simply send your name, mobile number, email address and date of birth to: AFC Mobile Competition, Infomedia Services Limited, 7 Premier Court, Moulton Park, Northampton, NN36LF. Applications by post must be received before the closing date. 15. Applications to enter must be made through the Wapsite or Website or by post. No other form of entry will be accepted. 16. The winner will have 24 hours from the time of notification of their winning entry to respond to Infomedia in order to arrange the details of their prize. Failure to respond within this period and/or agree dates may (at Promoter’s discretion) result in forfeiture of the prize. 17. The Promoter reserves the right at all times to substitute elements of the Promotion. 18. Entry to the prize draw confirms acceptance of these rules as final and legally binding. 19. Promoter reserves the right to reserve entry of, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of the prize draw rules. 20. Promoter reserves the right to cancel this competition and to make any amendment or addition to these terms. 21. Promoter accepts no responsibility for electronic entries that are not received or delivered. 22.
